Marie-Lou Desmeules is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the construction of identity by creating impactful representations of modern personalities and pop figures. She was awarded a fellowship residency at Anderson Ranch Arts Center, in Colorado, in 2017. Her work has been exhibited across Europe and North America since 2005, and she has also participated in the Spanish television series "Maricón Perdido". Her latest film took runner-up at the Interfilm Festival in Berlin, Germany. Marie-Lou lives and works in Spain.
